Our Mission Statement

​

Alpha Zeta Omega is a pharmaceutical fraternity composed of Pharmacists and Undergraduates in Pharmacy, selected on the basis of: character, fellowship, and scholarship.

 

The objectives of the fraternity are to promote the profession of Pharmacy; to develop high standards of Scholarship; to inculcate a spirit of Fellowship amongst all of its members; to bring together a body of professional men and women who, by the diligent maintenance of ethical ideals and faithful service, have proven a credit to their chosen profession; to honor achievement in others; to commend all worthy deeds; to build within our Fraternity a triangle composed of three supporting sides which are peace, friendship, and brotherly love.

Rush Events 

  •  Monday 1/22: Meet the Brothers  Off-Campus House near College Ave (DM us on Instagram @AZOEpsilon for address) // 6:00 pm

    • Meet the Fraters of AZO and find out how they got interested and involved in the fraternity and how you can too!

  • Wednesday 1/24: Pathways to Success​   Online Zoom Meeting (DM us on instagram @AZOEpsilon for link) // 7:00 pm

    • Learn what to expect at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy as you move onto your professional years and see how Fraters have pursued career opportunities with the help of AZO.​

  • Thursday 1/25: Pasta and Games  Off-Campus House near College Ave (Contact brother for address) // 6:00 pm

    • Join the Fraters for an evening of food and fun. Take a little break and hang with the brothers!

  • ​Monday 1/29: Info Session Online Zoom Meeting (DM us on instagram @AZOEpsilon for link) // 7:00 pm

    • ​​Have questions about AZO? Drop into our presentation about our organization and how we operate.​

  • Wednesday 1/31: Bowling with the Bros​​

Requirements for Joining

  • Maintain a strong academic standing

  • Time commitment (~3 credit course)

    • Weekly in person meetings

    • Mandatory study hours

  • Financial responsibility (New Member Dues)

    • Week 2: $25

    • Final week: $40 

    • Total: $65

Membership Expectations

Active fraters are expected to:

  • Demonstrate an active desire to grow socially and professionally

  • Invest in the development of new members

  • Participate in fraternity affairs

    • Professional

    • Philanthropy

    • Service

    • Social

  • Respect to others greek and non-greek

  • Leadership throughout our organization
